Rosalba Colmenares serves as Intake Manager at Barakat + Bossa, where she plays a pivotal role in guiding prospective clients through the initial stages of legal engagement. She oversees the intake process with precision and professionalism, managing consultations and client communications to ensure a seamless and responsive experience.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Colmenares held key roles in public service and community health, including positions with Urban Health Partnership, Healthy Little Havana, and the City of Miami’s Human Resources Department. Her work focused on advancing policy initiatives and addressing social determinants of health in underserved communities.

Ms. Colmenares holds an associate’s degree in Pre-Law from Miami-Dade College and a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in international relations from Florida International University.
