Coral Gables, FL — September 14, 2026 — Barakat + Bossa announces the addition of Lorenzo Lorenzo, Jr. as a Senior Attorney, bringing nearly 15 years of litigation experience representing businesses, professionals, financial institutions, property owners, and other clients in complex disputes throughout Florida.
Lorenzo has built his practice around sophisticated commercial and civil litigation matters involving business relationships, contracts, real estate, construction, financial services, insurance, and other high-stakes disputes.

Throughout his career, Lorenzo has represented companies and professionals in matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, shareholder and derivative disputes, conversion, and claims under Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
His experience also includes representing clients in real estate disputes and matters involving design and construction professionals, financial institutions, and insurance-related claims. Lorenzo has handled complex matters from early case assessment and pre-suit strategy through litigation, often navigating disputes where legal, financial, and business considerations intersect.

Lorenzo earned his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida. He is admitted to practice in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
