Olivia Callari

Law Clerk

Olivia Callari is a rising 3L at Florida State University College of Law, where she is focused on litigation and advocacy-focused legal work. She graduated summa cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Environment and Society and minors in Italian and Political Science.

Prior to law school, Olivia served as a Legislative Aide to the Florida Senate Minority Leader, where she gained first-hand experience in policymaking, constituent advocacy, and the legislative process.

At Florida State University College of Law, Olivia is a member of the Trial Team and VIS Moot Court Team. She has competed nationally in Sacramento, California, participated in the William C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria, and was recently elected President of the Student Bar Association for her final year of law school.

Olivia was awarded the Ralph R. Bailey Scholarship, which recognizes Broward County residents attending Florida State University College of Law.

Outside of law, Olivia enjoys yoga, scuba diving, and running half-marathons. Born and raised in Broward County, she comes from a large family and enjoys spending time with them whenever possible.
