Lorenzo Lorenzo, Jr. is a Senior Attorney at Barakat + Bossa and leads the firm’s Construction Practice Group. His construction experience spans high-rise condominium developments, mixed-use projects, commercial developments, hospitality projects, custom residential construction, and large-scale residential communities. He routinely handles matters involving construction and design defects, payment and lien claims, delay and disruption issues, construction contracts, professional liability disputes, and Florida’s Chapter 558 pre-suit process.
