Laura Rodriguez is a Juris Doctor candidate at Florida International University College of Law, expected to graduate in May 2025. Prior to her legal studies, Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts in World Politics and Hispanic Studies from Hamilton College in May 2020.
At FIU College of Law, Laura served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Skills and Values, under Professor Johanna Sheehe. Laura also gained legal experience as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Migna Sanchez-Llorens at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, where she conducted legal research and assisted in drafting legal memoranda and court opinions.
During her undergraduate studies, Laura interned at MANNA Inc. in Washington, DC, where she coordinated auction solicitations and researched grant prospects to support affordable housing efforts. She is a native Spanish speaker.
