Jesse O’Hara serves as Barakat + Bossa’s Business Development Director, where he focuses on strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and advancing the Firm’s client growth initiatives. With more than a decade of experience in the legal industry, he brings a unique blend of business development, client service, and operational leadership to the role.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. O’Hara owned and operated his own law practice, overseeing business operations, marketing, client development, and growth strategy. Through his entrepreneurial experience, he developed extensive relationships within the legal and business communities and gained firsthand insight into the challenges, priorities, and decision-making processes facing clients and professional organizations.

In his role, Mr. O’Hara works closely with the Firm’s attorneys, business leaders, and referral partners to identify opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and enhance the client experience. As a licensed Florida attorney, he is uniquely positioned to engage with in-house counsel, corporate legal departments, and executive teams, allowing him to better understand client objectives and connect them with the Firm’s legal resources and capabilities.

Mr. O’Hara holds an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Ethics, Society, and Law from the University of Toronto and earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law.
