Jasmin Garcia is pursuing a Juris Doctor degree at Florida International University College of Law, with an expected graduation in May 2025. Prior to her legal studies, Jasmin earned a Master of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the FIU Honors College, with a minor in International Relations and a Pre-Law Certificate.
Jasmin has gained valuable legal experience through internships at the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami, where she served as a Judicial Intern to Judge Fleur Lobree. She also interned as a Clerk of the Court, where she led a digitization project for court archives dating back to 1957. Additionally, Jasmin interned at P/V Law Firm Trial Attorneys in Brickell, FL.
Currently, Jasmin works as a Lexis Associate in Miami, where she helps train students to maximize their research capabilities. She is fluent in Spanish.
