Jasmin Garcia is an Attorney in the Firm’s Corporate Practice, where she advises clients on a wide range of business and transactional matters. Her focus includes business formations, corporate governance, and contract negotiation. Jasmin also supports clients through mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and other general corporate matters, helping entrepreneurs and established businesses navigate the legal landscape with confidence and clarity.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Garcia served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Fleur Lobree at the Third District Court of Appeal in Miami. She also interned with the Clerk of Court’s office, where she spearheaded a digitization project to preserve archival records dating back to 1957.

Ms. Garcia earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. She also earned both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University. As an undergraduate, she was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and the FIU Honors College, and completed a minor in International Relations.
