Giacomo Bossa’s greatest skill is his combination of depth and breadth across different jurisdictions and cultural frameworks. He is as at ease in the courtroom, where he successfully leads trials to verdict in favor of his clients in arbitration, as he is in the conference room. As partner, he applies a modern, wide-ranging approach to counseling clients towards creative, cost-effective solutions providing an edge over the competition.
Mr. Bossa’s approach is particularly effective in commercial real estate matters, where he assists investors, both local and foreign, in maximizing profits and reducing risks. Before moving to the United States, Mr. Bossa lived in Italy, Belgium, and Spain, where he became acquainted with those countries’ legal frameworks. He is also fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and conversational French.
Along with expertise in international and domestic real estate law, he has been recognized for his business acumen by the Florida Bar where he served in a committee leadership role and as a fellow. Mr. Bossa has also served as a president for a local BNI (Business Networking International) chapter.
Mr. Bossa is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. And pro hac vice, has worked with teams in Georgia, Ohio, Nebraska, North Carolina, and Texas.
