Elizabeth M. Arritola is an Attorney in the Firm’s Litigation + Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Practices. She assists in representing clients in complex commercial litigation and advises on property disputes, lease negotiations, and transactional due diligence, helping clients navigate legal challenges in both residential and commercial real estate matters.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Arritola served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Robert A. Mark at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida. She also interned at the Miami‑Dade State Attorney’s Office, gaining exposure to motion practice and courtroom proceedings.

Ms. Arritola earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. While in law school, she served on the Inter-American Law Review as both a staff member and Articles & Comments Editor. She holds a B.A. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Florida International University.

Elizabeth M. Arritola is an Attorney in the Firm’s Litigation + Dispute Resolution and Real Estate Practices. She assists in representing clients in complex commercial litigation and advises on property disputes, lease negotiations, and transactional due diligence, helping clients navigate legal challenges in both residential and commercial real estate matters.

Her prior experience includes internships with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Eleanor R. and Judge A. Jay Cristol Bankruptcy Pro Bono Assistance Clinic, where she gained hands-on experience in bankruptcy proceedings.

Ms. Arritola earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and served on the Inter-American Law Review. She also competed as a member of the Trial Team and was active in the Hispanic Law Student Association. She holds a B.A. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Florida International University.
