Camila Guzman Lau serves as Legal Support and Training Supervisor at Barakat + Bossa, where she leads the development and delivery of training programs for legal support staff, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and excellence across practice groups. Leveraging her extensive experience as a paralegal, Ms. Guzman Lau brings deep expertise in legal research, litigation support, and legal writing—skills that enhance her ability to mentor team members and optimize support operations.

In addition to her supervisory responsibilities, Ms. Guzman Lau advises the firm’s Executive Committee on practice group staffing, offering strategic recommendations that align talent with evolving client needs and case demands. Her collaborative approach and operational insight contribute meaningfully to the firm’s overall performance and client service standards.

Ms. Guzman Lau holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Paralegal Certificate from Florida International University, as well as an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Miami Dade College. She is an active member of the South Florida Paralegal Association and the Federalist Society.
