Nick Diego is an Attorney in the Litigation + Dispute Resolution Practice at Barakat + Bossa. He assists in representing clients in complex commercial litigation, including matters involving breach of contract, business torts, and other high-stakes disputes. Mr. Diego is involved throughout the litigation process, contributing to legal strategy, motion practice, and case development.

Mr. Diego attended Florida State University for his undergraduate studies, graduating cum laude.  He completed his J.D. at Florida International University, where he served on the FIU Law Review, held the position of Senior Vice President of the Business Law Society, and competed nationally as a member of the FIU Moot Court Team.
