Terrence Ayala is a litigator with extensive experience in a broad range of business law issues before the state and federal courts. He advises clients ranging from privately held companies to institutional entities, providing sophisticated legal solutions to them.

Mr. Ayala’s practice also encompasses public finance and commercial transactions, where he leverages his deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and transactional structures to guide clients through high-stakes financial and contractual matters.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Ayala served with distinction as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of Florida. During his tenure, he litigated more than 400 cases — trying over 20 of them before federal juries.
