For many brilliant law school graduates, the transition from the classroom to the courtroom is painfully slow. Traditional “Big Law” paths often relegate young talent to years of document review, legal research, and sitting at the back of the room. At Barakat + Bossa, we believe there is a better way to develop elite trial attorneys.
We don’t just build resumes; we build advocates. Through the Barakat + Bossa Incubator Program, we actively bridge the gap between theory and high-stakes litigation practice from day one.
As the 2026 Barakat + Bossa Incubator Program prepares to begin on June 1, we are proud to continue investing in the next generation of courtroom advocates through hands-on litigation experience, mentorship, and meaningful trial exposure.
Since its inception, our program has consistently delivered real-world results. We have hired, trained, and provided eight law school graduates with meaningful courtroom and trial experience early in their legal careers. These are professionals we brought on as interns, supported through graduation, gave their first associate opportunities, and trusted with meaningful roles in trials and major evidentiary hearings within their first years of practice.
By the Numbers: Radical Opportunity, Proven Results
Our approach is centered on high expectations and high rewards. While peers at other firms may wait years to speak in front of a judge, Barakat + Bossa associates are routinely gaining real courtroom exposure early in their careers.
The 6-Month Mark:
On average, a Barakat + Bossa first-year associate is questioning a witness in court or arbitration within their first six months of practice.
The Track Record:
Together, our incubator graduates have contributed to meaningful advocacy across 5 jury trials, 3 bench trials, 3 arbitrations, and 6 significant evidentiary hearings.
The Roster of Excellence: Courtroom-Tested Alumni
The success of the Incubator Program is best reflected through the careers of the exceptional lawyers who have passed through our doors. Whether they continue to serve as key members of our firm or have gone on to launch successful practices of their own, their trajectories speak volumes about the value of meaningful early courtroom experience.
