Uniform Commercial Code (“UCC”) Article 9 provides for robust and uniform legal regulation of secured transactions, and as the readers of this Article know, it provides the rights and protections you all rely on each day. In today’s fast changing world, new types of assets pop up quicker than the legal world can react.
