Sarah Barickman is a member Firm’s Labor + Employment Practice and is a trusted advisor to employers navigating complex workplace issues. She counsels and defends clients across industries in matters spanning the full spectrum of employment law, bringing both strategic insight and practical solutions to the most challenging workforce disputes.

Her experience includes representing clients in high‑stakes litigation in state and federal courts, as well as before governmental agencies. She has successfully handled matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage‑and‑hour disputes, and other employment‑related claims. Beyond the courtroom, she guides employers through sensitive internal employee investigations, drafts and updates corporate handbooks, policies, and procedures, and delivers management training designed to prevent disputes before they arise.

Sarah’s career includes big law experience, where she honed her skills in high‑pressure, high‑profile employment matters for a diverse client base. Earlier in her career, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Gregory L. Frost of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
