Abigail Foster

Law Clerk

Abigail Foster is a 2L at Florida International University College of Law, where she is focused on appellate advocacy and constitutional law. She earned her B.A. in Economics and Sustainability Studies from the University of Florida.

Abigail has gained valuable experience through judicial internships at both the state and federal levels and currently serves as a Constitutional Law Research Assistant for Professor Thomas Baker.

At FIU Law, Abigail is involved with the FIU Law Review as an Articles Editor, the FIU Board of Appellate Advocates, and serves as President of the Women’s Law Society. She is also the FBA Liaison for FIU’s Federal Bar Association chapter and a Student Ambassador.

Outside of law, Abigail enjoys marathon training, crocheting, and baking sourdough recipes.
