William Talley was born and raised near Atlanta, Georgia. He studied Creative Writing and Public Relations at Florida State University and graduated cum laude in August 2019. Soon after receiving his undergraduate degrees, he entered the University of Miami School of Law. In August, he will begin his third year as a law student.
At Miami Law, he is an Executive Editor for the International & Comparative Law Review and the Vice President of the Society of Bar & Gavel, a service-based student organization. He also interned for the school’s Human Rights Clinic, where he focused on the right to food in international law and provided support for recent efforts to amend state constitutions.
