Richard is originally from Prince Georges County, Maryland. He graduated Cum Laude with a degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from University of Maryland. Richard is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. During his time in law school, Richard has participated in the Hispanic Law Student Association, Black Law Student Association, and Miami’s EASL Society. He is also a member of Miami Law’s Student Ambassador Program
