Pavla Vítková represents businesses, financial institutions, and other creditor-side clients in complex commercial disputes. Her litigation practice includes breach of contract claims, business torts, and creditor rights litigation, including representation of secured and unsecured creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. In the factoring space, Ms. Vítková advises clients on enforcement, recovery, and litigation strategies related to purchased receivables and related financial instruments.

Ms. Vítková earned her initial law degree from Charles University in Prague, one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious universities. She was later selected for the competitive Dual Degree Law Program between Charles University and Nova Southeastern University, where she earned her American J.D., graduating summa cum laude. During law school, she was an active member of Moot Court, represented her school in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and sharpened her advocacy skills through the Trial Advocacy Summer Institute.

Pavla Vítková is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation and Bankruptcy practice groups, where she represents businesses, financial institutions and other creditor-side clients in a range of complex business matters. Her practice focuses on breach of contract claims, business torts, and creditor-side litigation, including representing creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings.

Ms. Vítková earned her initial law degree from Charles University in Prague, one of the oldest and most prestigious universities in Europe. She was later selected to participate in the competitive Dual Degree Law Program between Charles University and Nova Southeastern University, where she completed her American J.D., graduating summa cum laude. During law school, she was an active member of Moot Court, represented her school in the renowned Philip C.
