Paula Ibarra is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation + Dispute Resolution Practice, where she represents clients in high-stakes domestic and international disputes. Her practice focuses on domestic and international arbitration, with a particular emphasis on cross-border legal issues, enforcement of foreign judgments, and transnational business conflicts. Ms. Ibarra routinely advises multinational corporations, sovereign entities, and individuals navigating intricate legal frameworks across jurisdictions.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Ibarra gained valuable legal experience at a leading law firm in Latin America, where she advised clients on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters. She also served as a judicial assistant at the Supreme Court of Colombia. These roles provided her with a solid foundation in both civil and common law systems, equipping her with a unique perspective in resolving international legal disputes.

Ms. Ibarra holds a J.D. from Universidad del Norte in Colombia and earned postgraduate degrees in Public Law and Health Law. She later obtained a second J.D. and an LL.M. in International Arbitration from the University of Miami School of Law.
