Giacomo Bossa is a modern business lawyer. His best skill is the combination of depth and breadth across different jurisdictions and cultural frameworks. Mr. Bossa is at ease in the courtroom, where he successfully led trials to verdict in favor of his clients, in arbitration, and in the conference room, where he applies a modern, wide-ranging approach to counsel clients towards creative, cost-effective solutions providing an edge over the competition.
Mr. Bossa’s approach is particularly effective in commercial Real Estate Matters, where he assists investors, both local and foreign, in maximizing profits and reducing risks.
Before moving to the United States, Mr. Bossa lived in Italy, Belgium and Spain, where he became acquainted with those countries’ legal frameworks.
Mr. Bossa graduated summa cum laude and obtained the highest grade (“Book Award”) in more than half of his classes at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center. Additionally, Mr. Bossa graduated with the highest honors from Università degli Studi di Roma III law school (“Roma III”) and obtained a JD equivalence from Spain. Mr. Bossa practices in Florida, New York, and, pro hac-vice, has worked with teams in Georgia, Ohio, Nebraska, North Carolina, Texas, and a handful of other states. Mr. Bossa is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and New York and the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. Mr. Bossa is fluent in Italian, English, Spanish and (after a few years in South Florida) just conversational in French.
