Dante Groppo is a dedicated law student at the University of Miami School of Law, expected to graduate with a Juris Doctor in May 2025. He is an active member of the University of Miami Business Law Review and is involved in various extracurricular activities, including serving as a mentor in the H.O.P.E. Mentorship program and participating in the Entertainment and Sports Law Society.

Prior to his legal studies, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics with a minor in Business Law from Florida Atlantic University in April 2021. Dante has served as a Student Extern at the United States Attorney’s Office in the Economic Crimes Division, conducting legal research, preparing memoranda, and attending criminal proceedings. 

Additionally, he worked as a Legal Intern at the University of Miami Investor’s Rights Clinic, representing underserved investors in securities arbitration claims and conducting legal research. He also gained experience in trademark and copyright applications as a Legal Intern at Modern Creator’s Law Firm, PLLC. 

In the summer of 2023, Dante participated in the Judicial Intern Academy at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he prepared bench memoranda, developed recommendations to the Court, and argued case issues under the supervision of a former federal judicial law clerk.

Outside of his academic and professional pursuits, Dante is passionate about environmental conservation and has volunteered with organizations like GIVE (Growth International Volunteer Excursions), Fluent in Italian, he also enjoys drawing, music, and recreational sports in his free time.
