Danielle Latte comes to the firm with a commitment to community service having worked with Catholic Legal Services in Miami helping Venezuelan applicants complete Temporary Protected Status applications and volunteering with the Americans for Immigrant Justice by interviewing potential asylum seekers at the organization’s legal screening clinic.
She studied Psychology, graduating Magna cum laude from FIU in 2019 and is now a Juris Doctor Candidate at FIU College of Law expecting to graduate in May of 2023. She was a judicial intern for Judge Adalberto Jordan at U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit on her first year of law school where she conducted legal research on various topics, including discrimination and retaliation claims under Title VII, reviewability of BIA decisions by the court, and the admissibility of criminal evidence.
When Danielle isn’t busy with legal studies and law clerk duties, she enjoys working-out, watching a lot of TV, and spending time with her family. Outside of the legal field, Danielle is passionate about interior design and home decor.
