HISTORY

Danielle was born and raised in Venezuela before moving to South Florida for College. In 2019 she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida International University with a B.A. in Psychology and obtained a Pre-Law Certificate.  Danielle worked as a legal assistant in a civil litigation law firm before law school. 

During the summer of her first year at FIU Law she interned for Judge Adalberto Jordan in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Danielle has also volunteered at pro bono immigration clinics for asylum seekers and specifically Venezuelan TPS applicants.

At FIU Law, Danielle served as the treasurer for the Criminal Law Society and is member of several student organizations.
