Cristian Gallorini is an Italian Juris Doctor with experience between Italy and the United States. He recently completed the White & Case International Arbitration LL.M. program at the University of Miami School of Law and sat for the February 2022, NY Bar exam.
After graduation in Italy, Cristian worked and completed the mandatory training to access the Italian Civil Law Notary Public and Attorney profession, first in Milan and then in Arezzo. In Milan, Cristian assisted Italian companies and individuals with civil law and corporate law matters including mergers, transfer of company’s seat, real estate transaction and wealth management. In Arezzo, he assisted clients in civil law and real property litigation under the supervision of licensed attorneys.
Cristian has a passion for academic research which focuses primarily on EU business law and international investment arbitration.
Cristian speaks Italian, English and has French reading skills.
