Ali Iftikhar is a Senior Attorney in the firm’s Litigation + Dispute Resolution Practice. He advises and represents corporate and individual clients in high-stakes disputes spanning complex commercial litigation, construction defect claims, product liability, wrongful death, and negligent security matters. He also has significant experience handling arbitrations, including those arising from business disputes and alleged FINRA violations.

Prior to joining Barakat + Bossa, Mr. Iftikhar practiced at both national and mid-sized firms, where he developed a broad litigation background and earned a reputation for effective advocacy and strategic thinking. He has secured favorable outcomes in a wide range of matters through dispositive motions, negotiated resolutions, and trial work.
